A: Our custom vehicles are widely applied in environmental sanitation, municipal utility services,landscaping, construction, cargo transportation, oil mining and other engineering fields.
Q5: Can you customize special vehicles according to my requirements?
A: Yes. We fully support OEM & ODM customization. We can adjust vehicle types, capacities, structures, hydraulic systems, painting, logos and other functions to match your local working conditions and project demands. Our engineering team will make technical drawings for confirmation before mass production.
Q6: Do you sell used vehicles or standard general trucks?
A: No. SPV Group only supplies brand-new custom-built special purpose vehicles. We do NOT trade second-hand / used trucks, nor do we sell ordinary general-purpose trucks. All our products are factory-new and manufactured based on customer specifications.
Q7: How to start a custom vehicle inquiry with SPV Group?
A: Please contact us and share your requirements: vehicle type, capacity, chassis preference, working environment and target market. Our sales and engineering team will prepare technical drawings, specifications and formal quotation for you.
Q8: What is your production lead time after order confirmation?
A: The production time depends on vehicle model, customization details and order quantity. We will confirm the exact schedule once the technical drawing is approved by you.
Q9: What payment terms do you accept for custom special vehicle orders?
A: We accept common international payment terms such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Normally we require a deposit before production and the balance payment before shipment. L/C (Letter of Credit) is also negotiable for large-volume orders.
Q10: What is your standard deposit ratio?
A: The standard deposit is 30% of the total order value to start production. The remaining 70% balance shall be paid before delivery. We can discuss details based on your order scale and project situation.
Q11: Can I use other payment methods besides T/T and L/C?
A: T/T is our most recommended and widely used payment method. Other payment options can be discussed for special projects, please consult our sales team for details.
Q12: When will you start production after payment?
A: We will arrange production immediately after receiving your deposit and confirming all technical drawings and specifications.
Q13: What shipping methods do you use to deliver the vehicles?
A: We adopt mainstream sea freight solutions for vehicle shipment, including bulk vessels, standard container, flat rack container and Ro-Ro shipping.
Q14: How do you select the shipping method for my order?
A: We will recommend the most cost-effective sea transport solution based on your vehicle dimensions and real-time ocean freight rates. Our team evaluates the size of the finished vehicle and current market shipping cost to help you save logistics expenses.
Q15: Will you handle the whole shipping arrangement?
A: We can cooperate with reputable freight forwarders to arrange sea transportation. We can provide FOB, CFR or CIF terms according to your trade requirements. You can also appoint your own freight agent if preferred.
